Town of Crossfield

The Town of Crossfield Council serves as the legislative body of the Town’s municipal government. Comprised of the Mayor and six Councillors, Council is responsible for setting the community’s direction through the establishment of policies, bylaws, and strategic priorities, including determining local service levels.

Council represents the interests of residents, provides leadership, and ensures the effective and transparent operation of the municipality.

The current Council was officially elected and commenced its term on Monday, October 20, 2025. The Deputy Mayor position operates on an eight-month rotation among Council members, allowing each Councillor the opportunity to serve in the role, promoting shared leadership and broadening experience across the Council.
